I still don’t have an appetite. My taste buds have changed - anything with sugar in tastes revolting.
I force myself to eat a boiled egg, fruit and 1 healthy meal. I tend not to eat dinner. I have started taking a multi vitamin too.
The down side is I’m constantly tired, I have no energy, I feel nauseas most of the times.
Since starting Victoza I’ve lost 7.6 kg in 21 days but there is side effects. I’m still deciding whether this is the right thing for me.
