I was glad to see some weight loss today, my last week weigh in was 273 and we had a busy week. My youngest son plays college baseball and we travel alot to his games and eating out is really hard to do for all your meals. I am excited for this number and I gonna go out and try to do some yard work if my back will let me. Thanks to those who responded to my buddy request and I look forward to more buddies. Everyone have a good day and I wish us all strong willpower!!!!
