Some of the swelling is gone and I didn’t drink enough yesterday. Not a true drop. Recording for future reference as to how my body reacts after surgery.

Have I mentioned how much I hate water? No? I hate water. Lol. Usually it’s tea, coffee and 1-2 bottles of flavored water. Yesterday it was a pop, 2 coffee, 1 tea and 1 water. Today I’m feeling it as far as congestion and horrible headache. Need liquids to flush that stuff out too. Gonna break down and get flavored drops soon.

Thanks Chris. I didn’t realize it helped with soreness. I’ll try to make up a batch of light tea after lunch and see how much I can drink.

Hmmm my body is made up of sugar. Maybe it’s sugar water 😉. (Insert fat/sugar joke here) *sigh* I’ll try to do better on drinking water.

Great to see you're detaching yourself from the numbers, and do it more as an observation. Keeping on top.

It’s been hard this month and I run the numbers every few days. But so far it looks like it will be 133-134 which is where I wanted to be (132-133). I’ve had too many false drops that came right back to get very upset about it ;). That said, some days it gets to me.
