I'm so glad I didn't give in last night when I realized I was either hungry or bored. I was bored and eating likely would have negated this big drop.
Thank you for your support; it it's so helpful to know that the rest of you sometimes struggle with emotional eating.

Rosio, the mindless eating kills me. And, forgetting to track. I ate an avocado yesterday and almost forgot to record it.

Yes Joel, when I lost most of my weight I did not know about fat secret so I did not track nor did I counted calories

Ugh. I gave in last night. I just wanted salt salt salt salt salt... I ate chips. I did put them in a bowl instead of retiring to the couch with the bag, but I didn't need them.

Yes for my sons birthday 🎂 I ate a little bit of cake and counted 12 chips! With kids and stress and being upset! The struggle is real ! I’m reading a lot lately !! It helps
