OK, I'm cheating a little in recording my weight b/c it's that time and I usually gain anywhere from 5-10 lbs. So, I weighed in at hopkins, it was 220. But, subtracting the minimum gain, it's 215. And that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

goof ball. ;) one thought is this.. record the actual weight and then you can have black and white proof of what you gain during that time for real. :)

Yeah, I wouldn't get into the habit of trying to extrapolate weights. It is what it is. k8yk has a policy of only recording losses, never gains. Even if that means she doesn't record a weight in for 2-3 weeks. I actually like the idea myself and I think I'm going to adopt that strategy for me too. There's no law that says you HAVE to lose 1-2 lbs per week. And there's no law that says if you don't lose 1-2 lbs per week, that you will never ever lose weight, that's just not how it works. There's no expiration date to losing weight, it happens when it happens.
