Have you tried metamucil sugar free or the generic equivalent? I've got IBD, and it seems to help.

Yeah metamucil does nothing for me tried chia seeds now the doc has me on a prescription laxative that has made me go but little and hard so I reverted back to the colon cleanse that I know works and am going now but all the weight hasn't come off. It's like I'm stuck at 290 right now I'll lose then it comes back the next day urgh

Have you ever tried MIM's made with flax seed? They always work for me.
