I am excited my body is liking being back on Atkins, wish I didnt pay the 60 dollars for weight watchers but heck i have to sites I can visit for at least 3 months, I am down 4 pounds and loving it dont feel bloated like I was:) welcome back weight loss:)
I also did 20 minutes of cardo P90X with hubby last night:)
