Yesterday - 1 huge pork steak - part for breakfast part for lunch - rotisserie chicken 1 pound probably - onions piccles / 1 beer - 2 ice cream cones diet soda - not enough good carbs - no worries - an active weekend planned -getting whipped cream for sweet tooth instead of ice cream - 1 carb of sugar - eat with almonds , or blueberries , and have killer hot chocolate mix , sweet salty to add or hot chocolate mix - no need to go without flavor or taste at all - I'm at a church get together this morning , so don't knock w food - I'd like to get a ruby Tuesday salad bar today and possibly Chinese buffet with shrimp , green beans , cabbage , codfish , unsweetened tea or diet soda water , but we'll see what materializes -
Probably fluids and a snack for breakfast . no eggs in house -probably grab some lunchmeat ham , pickles , some celery or tomatoes to get me going this morning -
Clean out part of garage today, family getting ready for school , sons girlfriend doing better with broken leg - thanks for prayers -
Very happy and blessed to be hanging around this weight - I have cut out out almost all sugar but ice cream , bread , milk I miss , pasta and pizza once in a while and very few sauces which full of bad carbs -
Maintenance and less 10 are goals -
I need to get to 199 before making next goal -
