My first entry. I started this journey at 98 kg which looked bad on my 5'8 frame. I've so far lost about 18 kg but aiming to get down to a slim 62 kg. I'm following lchf or rather a carnivorous diet as I mainly eat meat. My cheat foods are chocolate 🍫 and cheese 🧀 and cuppacinno ☕ and hamburgers 🍔. I've found this app super helpful as I tend to plateau for ages and ages do I need to find my sneaky foods and eat less of them. I also like OMAD which how I've lost weight before as I find I cannot eat that much in one sitting.
