Maintaining steady weight loss. I mean its only .2 or .4 lbs every 2 or 3 days but realistically I don't weigh much for my height (bmi 21). Thus, i'm declaring it a win!

Today is day 15 of my 30 day challenge. Here are the stats at the half way mark.

GW for 30 days lose 10.2 lbs.
Lost so far 3.6
Still need to lose 6.6 lbs in 15 days

Waist down 3/4 inch
Upper arms down 1/2 inch

My early morning runs are becoming a chore. I haven't been feeling like getting out of bed for the last 2 days but once i'm out running - I don't want to stop.
Staying on track with the diet. Had a dinner out last night with friends but thanks to a big gathering avoided food all together. Bullet dodged. Had dinner at home.
Nothing big planned for the rest of the weekend so I should be good.

Hope everyone else stays on track over the weekend,
