Best pound I've ever gained! Last Wednesday I had Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty (nose job) and breast augmentation. I've had trouble breathing through my nose for years so it was a good excuse to make some well deserved improvements to my 41 yr old body. I am no longer a sagging size A (from breastfeeding) but a respectable C. Coming out of anesthesia at home, I was heard refusing to eat carb loaded saltines with my pain meds, though I did of course. I am feeling and looking great only one week out and I am proud that I gained one pound, which of course are my "new friends". Can't wait to be able to workout again. Just sticking to dog walking for now.
