Not a good week end for me. I had the hungries yesterday. I am not in keto but do no sugar, no white carbs. A morning treat of 2 cookies went on to include an ice cream bar, fried potatoes and corn on the cob with dinner, and later a hand full of M&Ms. Too many carbs. So I put on my pjs and went to bed to watch some tv. There is no eating in the bedroom. And no srprise, I am up this a.m. Even though the calories are under what FS says i can have. 20 lashes with a wet noodle for me. A better week is what I am looking for. And a smoothie for breakfast.
