I am new trying keto, and I feel as though going higher on my carbs every 5th day or so results in a loss. Is this normal, or does it happen for any of you?

I haven’t allowed myself to get very high on the carbs yet. I would like to drop some weight before I start to experiment with carbs over 5% I really can’t wait! I want to eat more carbs 🤤

Look up carb cycling.... I don't know if it works or not, but I know there's information out there about your theory.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. It's still gonna spike your insulin that you're trying to fix. Your at the beginning, keep learning and do your best! Give it a few months then look back. I need to take my own advice lol. The body will drop weight when it wants to usually,
