I weighed in on Wednesday July 25th at 232lbs at my weight control meeting. I am up 2.2lbs and still need to lose 60.3lbs to get to my goal weight. I can't believe how hard this is for me. I'm taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey 2x a day hoping this will kick start some weightloss.
