So today I adjusted my Goal weight to 115 =) I know 120 is attainable..but 115 will be a challenge I have all the needed tools it's a matter of self dedication to get it done =) I know the calorie Tracker is helping out Tremendously So far in One week it went from 134 to 128 that's 6 pounds in one week I know it won't be like this near the end..but it's a Great Feeling and looking forward to getting positive results =)
