Busy busy weekend for me, buddies--on Friday, my girl turns 18, on Saturday my husband turns 40! Sunday is Mother's Day...and alot of temptations too--but honestly, I am not worried because I'm in a place where I really want to be fit and saying "no" hasn't been hard to do :D If I DO a "no-no", I just compensate for it in my calorie count OR makeup the next couple of days ;-)
Been doing yardio all week and that's the front yard only! Holy Schnikes! (Still have the veggie garden to do -but that'll be a week or two..)just waiting for everything to fill out and grow...even the hummingbirds keep flying by the "unbloomed" cannas waiting for them to fill out and grow!haha
But here on FS we want to do the OPPOSITE of "fill out and grow", so...let's all LOSE IT, eh, buddies! Good day!♥

Thanks,Suzi :D Melm: Hope you get your little something cuz there's nothing like doing "yardio"-it's great exercise PLUS it's so pretty & gratifying growing your own-I do flowers for butterflies and hummingbirds(their habitats are dwindling)and herbs and veggies for bountiful summer eating!
