Back on track..its been a busy summer and I haven't gained at all really haven't lost much either..5 lbs all summer. And I always loose weight in the summer (and when I go on vacation). So I guess my thing is when i'm busy I loose :)My husband an I sail most days of the week after work and I try to jump off the boat and swim as much as possible when we anchor. I walk atleast 30 miniutes a day and at work I walk for a minimum of 5 hours a day....it's just that type of job ..and it's not a slow leasurely walk its a brisk pace.
Our daughter goes off to school--(university) for the first time in one week ..I'm majorly stressed. She's taking Biochemistry and it seems like such a heavy course load. She's an extremly smart girl but very disorganized...very and that it not going to be acceptable in University.At a cost of $22000 per year (we are paying for most of it ) she really has to pull up and put thoses big girl pants on NOW. The good thing about the me being stressed is ..I eat less when i'm stressed and clean the house more )Obviously from my weight you can see I don't stress out very often!!
