Im kind of getting irritate with my weight. Only because i have so much going on at work and just life is to busy right now. I cant focus on being healthy. I been read different health magazine to help me focus .... I still been watching how much I eat. But how do you stop the nibbling on something here and there.
Any advice... even simple ideas

I was so surprised that i had loss
For days i had been avoiding the scale but im ready for tomorrow and the next day an so on. I feel so much better since i started eating healthy ... I've been saving money by not eating out all the time. I use to rush out the door and just think ill go out for lunch . Then i started to notice it be came a everyday thing an money was being spent on garbage. Buy the time I got home i was hungry again. Now i believe in full meal with veggies, meat an a grain. Its all working out.

partys are so hard to come to when there is all this food people brought.
mac n cheese, taco salad, salad, chicken , cakes, pies, meatballs, potato salad so much more. It makes it so hard to eat the right amount of foods and what your suppose to eat. I feel like I ate enough for today an tomorrow. I think Im just eat really lite for the next couple days n exercise thirty minutes a day.
After eating the way Im suppose to with portion control i feel really sluggish right now.

I been snacking but i have been watching it too. Im so pumped to keep going ... I tried what you said 2big2fit... to get angry with the junk food. It works! Freaking two pounds. So excited to keep moving forward.
