On the 10th I will be starting the 21 day challenge and I am really looking forward to it. I love food, but I have to learn to eat in moderation. This has been the ongoing issue because I have no real idea what a healthy portion size it. The one thing I have noticed from looking at meal suggestions is I need to be measuring out my food. With the 21 day challenge I will have cups that tell me what a portion size is and if it is too big for the cup then I should not consume it. While part of me is scared that I may still feel hungry, another part says I will just need to drink more water which I need to do anyway. Plus I will be making a point to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Who knows I may even learn to love it because I already know I like the way I feel when I exercise, I just don't like the exercise part. I did buy a trikke and I need to learn to actually ride it as I know it would be a fun way to exercise my entire body. Here goes the start of something beautiful.
