Well I took my exam, it went ok. I had to guess on about 5 to 7 of them. I don't like guessing. I studied the study guide well but, there were questions that were not on there. Oh well, my blues are better today, not gone but better. The scale has became my enemy. It does not want to budge. I can't believe I went from drinking a 2 liter of soda and unlimited snacks and my body refuses to lose these pesky pounds. My little pie chart says that I eat to much fat and carbs. It would blow up if I put a day of my old diet in it. I have started moving and exercising more. Might have to try Metformin again for my PCOS. I want to try a little harder and longer before adding another medication to my regimen. If I could get past the 20 mark (my idea is 18) I would feel better about what I am doing. I will not be defeated...my strength comes from the Lord.
