Hello, I am a 38 year old wife (married 20 yrs.) and mother of 3 wonderful children. I am currently in school and almost ready to graduate with my Associates degree. About 7 years ago I gave my life to God and since then my life has been changing. I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. My children are growing up so fast and I want to be able to enjoy them for many many more years. Through Christ I have been able to change many aspects of my life and I am ready to tackle the health issues now. I have been eating healthy for a few weeks now and plan to continue.
