While the scales are up on FS, this is actually down 2 pounds as of last Monday's Bootcamp weigh in. I had almost reached 190 :( But I am back on track and think I should have a big loss next Monday as this week is my "normal" bloat week.
Bootcamp, Week 2 started this morning. I am jumping out of bed at 4:30 am. I am starting to feel energy again and love it!!! Now to start the weight melting soon and will get a "double good feeling"

No Bootcamp this morning but I did get up and do my
Boot Camp Your Booty DVD
and walked a mile. I am determined this is my month to get things back on track for my life. I want the feeling again I had in 2009!

Day 4 Bootcamp ~ PHEW....I SURVIVED WEEK 1....
Sore, but feel great. I am popping out of bed at 4:30 am where before this week, would hit snooze and crawl right back in.
I am planning to sleep in some tomorrow, til 5:15 am and do 30 Day Shred. I have a fear if I do nothing between now and Monday, Monday morning will be brutal.
Curious if scales will move any Monday morning.

Bootcamp Day 3 ~ sore, sore, sore. My shoulders, back, thighs, butt....pretty much all over. Will be worth it all in the end though! Tomorrow will be day 3 of getting up at 4:30 am, joining 30 other women at the local city park and working out together!!!!

Bootcamp Day 2....and ohhhhhh I am feeling it. Our Tuesday and Thursday trainer, we is actually in the military and trains soldiers in strength and conditioning as part of finishing up his duties. Then works for Innovative Fitness. It was a chilly start to the morning, but didn't take us long to all warm up. We did several 1 minute time drills, WOW, killers!
We do all this on a concrete outdoor basketball court. Going today for a thicker worker mat :) The situps really hurt on my back!
We had enough ladies sign up for the program, so they are giving us a 4 morning workout package (originally was just 3 mornings) plus the option to come to an evening class which begins next week. For $99, that isn't bad considering the workout we are receiving. It is worth $3 day to get my butt back in shape and back on tract. I know much of this I could do at home, but it is something with me about paying money for something, having to sign in, etc.
I am planning to hit all the 5 am workouts, and hopefully add in the evenings one on Monday/Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday, just can't because of son's 4-H archery practice from 6-8 and then Wednesday the boys have have AWANA from 5:30-7:30. Those nights, I plan to walk at least so moving still.
