Well, it's official, putting pressure on myself to do things in a specific way or to a specific time limit DOES NOT work for me... I haven't lost anything for the past two weeks (I don't think... official weigh in tomorrow though. I know I shouldn't weigh myself in between time, it really doesn't help my mental health... anyway... we'll see tomorrow morning!). So I'll just be over here not putting pressure on myself and affirming how gorgeous I already am and how I'm worth so much more than my looks or even my health alone...

I obviously managed to cut calories but after that journal entry I definitely eat that healthily... hot chips for dinner one day, pie another... vegemite sandwiches. Not a lot of healthy food. Have to make sure I eat healthy or I won't have any energy.

OK here goes, from tomorrow I'm going hard, no slip ups till I get to 70! I want to try and do it in three weeks. Let's see if I can.
