Haven't weighed myself in a while. I'm in a good place though (weight wise).
I'm eating right and working out 4 - 5 times a week. I feel great and *ahem ahem* look great too. :)
The only "issue" i'm not getting enough sleep. Work and play are both demanding. If i'm lucky I get 5 hrs a night. :/
September is all but gone and I LOVE the weather right now. Life's pretty great. *knock on wood*

121 lbs on the dot!
Ecstatic. Lost 44 lbs since Feb on Atkins.
I've lost the weight the healthy way and with my past this was the bigger challenge. It has taken me 8 months (minus a few days) to get to my goal weight. :)
Like I wrote in yesterday's journal, its all about maintenance from here on out. *fingers crossed*

All I need to do now is maintain. Simple? I certainly hope so. I'm apprehensive about both gaining and losing weight at this point. My BMI is 19 and I do not want to slide below that.
I just need to stay this same weight till next Sept to make LC a lifestyle choice rather than just a diet I did... Any tips on maintenance are welcome. Hope everyone has a light weekend!
