I don't know how much anyone here is into Insatagram. I just wanted to share a pretty cool gal who is very inspiring. She is inspiring to all, but she does focus in quite a bit on KETO.

Her handle is @ketoincanada

She has been on a weighloss journey for quite some time but she did somethign recently that I found blew me away. She participated in the #75HARD challenge.

All credit goes to her. I just wanted to share an awesome little challenge for everyone here interested.

This challenge was first outlined by @andyfrisella (instagram) and is designed to develop mental toughness, self- esteem, self- worth, self- belief, fortitude and grittiness.

It is not intended so much as a weight loss program. It is intended for self improvement. If you follow it though, you will no doubt see improvement.

I totally over did the weekend there. I was about 700 Cal's over on both Saturday and Sunday. (So 1400) I ate 100 carbs on the one day...totally due to the fact that I essentially only drank whisky for one of the days lol.

I am currently in the middle of moving. Half of my stuff in one place and half in the other. Then someone says let's have some whiskey and I'm like hell yes...that's a great idea.

So you can't just drink whiskey all day. You need to eat something at some point. Note to self ...go grocery shopping for the new house before you get into the whiskey . Cheese and liquor all not the only things you should eat all day lol .

This reality of math has me realizing I need to get back to the gym . That's a whole other beast though so maybe I'll deal with that one next week 🤪

If you don't laugh at yourself then who will lol
