Not writing them down... but I'm consuming less than 20 carbs a day... and if I'm off, it can't be no more than 30. Finding some good low carb recipes has been more challenging!

I've been eating a little more carbs then maybe I was supposed to this past week. All good though, from nuts and veggies. Still, I think it has slowed my weight loss some. I still can't kick my morning cup of coffee though. And... still haven't gotten around to starting my excercising.... (I can't even spell that word) lol
The one thing that has helped me a great deal on this diet.... Sticking to a bedtime schedule. I 'used' to be a late night snacker. Going to bed earlier has really helped me jump start this diet. Now that my body is in ketosis... those cravings have 'almost' subsided. (I think a few are hanging around inside my brain though, lol) I go to bed before I start getting really tired, and I win.

Surprisingly... was able to eat dinner with my family last night. Thats what I like about this diet. We did have mashed potatoes.. but I only had a few tablespoons of those! Still have a little craving for baked goods. That will probably not go away until I am dead, lol.
