Liquid fasting for one day

I'm about to give up. I weigh more now than I did last year at this time. I start out great but only last a week. I don't understand why. I usually lose 5 the first week.
Feel good and then I don't know what happens. I become constipated, start gaining the weight back and then give up.

Been doing well until recently. I finally see that I'm doing a little cheat here, a little cheat there. I need to get a handle on it before I start gaining again.
I gave up processed foods for lent and started losing weight. I was eating less. I need to be strick, keep going and add exercise.
I need to drink more water.

Went a little overboard but still stayed under my RDI's.

I did eggs, chicken, fruit and salad. Not bad for non processed foods. Tomorrow, we are supposed to eat out. Steak, salad is ok, even potato but no butter, sour cream. Even coffee plain no sweet-n-low or cream, huh?
