I did good my first day but feel like my sugar is low or something. I have been sleeping a lot. I took the time to research (for my size) what I need to lose more than a pound a week...I want to go for 2-3. I need to buff up on the protein and will look into nuts, natural cooked breast of chicken and turkey. Pita's w/hummus are remarkably low in "bad" things.

I come from a family of diabetics and for the past week or so every time I eat sugar I feel nauseated. I am in tune enough to know if I do not have a life changing problem, I will soon. I am fatter than I have ever been and just spent a year in some kind of very stressful purgatory that isn't over. So today is the day. Time waits for no one.
