Experimenting with different things to put in my coffee. I cut out sugar and replaced it with honey. I love the honey but it has so many carbs and calories. I did sugar in the raw today. I remember seeing a recipe of soaking raisins in milk overnight then using the milk in coffee. My coffee has to have some sweet to it or I don't like it. I'd drop it all together but I need something hot in the morning and tea just isn't convenient. Thoughts? Ideas?

Cutting 200 calories has been rough! Today was my first day, I'm sure going to chipotle didn't help but I was mindful of what I ate. I still feel a little hungry tonight but no starving. I think it's more mind over matter. I'm moving my weigh in days to Friday so I'll record again then.

Looking forwards to the 100's by next week. I dropped my RDI by 200 based on what my resting metabolic rate is. Even though I have been losing pretty consistent it's been a pound each week I'd like to see a little more, not a lot. Slow and steady. I haven't felt the least bit deprived food wise and something use the oh I need more calories to snack. This will help cut a lot of that.
This week has been rough, I'm exhausted. I'm sure it's the extra hours and still working out. A few more days and I can just rest. I was supposed to run this morning. Didn't get up. I'll run tonight after my youngest tball practice. Did go to yoga yesterday felt great!

Should have run today but my weight lifting class kicked my butt yesterday. It's almost discouraging because I barley used any weight! But I recognize just how weak so many of my muscles are. I did walk three miles today , very slowly due to my youngest but we had fun. Monday I'll run, elliptical tomorrow. I bought a new scale I'm excited because it will measure everything including what my rest metabolic rate is. Contemplating resetting my stats when it comes in. It's depressing to see I was so close, well closer then now. But also shows that I can and have done this.

Even though I'm up to running 28 mins, I'm running very slowly. My goal was to run a 5k. At my slow speed I'm not even breaking 2 miles, so I'm starting towards the beginning of my running cycle and focusing on pace. The first go around it was just getting on the treadmill and doing it. I've had good success with my running program to get running so now I'll focus on pace. Once I can establish a strong pace then I'll focus on distance. I have until August to run the 5k. I'd like to do it under 45 mins and work towards 30 mins.
