ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES
So yesterday I did 15 min of yoga and 30 min of tai chi...first time for the tai chi....will do more today
dinner was extremely poor - pizza and french fries...and water...lol...I forgot about making dinner since I chose not to go to either place last night until about 8 when hubby gets home at 8:30...so I had to do quick and pizza was all I had...
today I have to go get a new (used) computer, one of the jobs I'm up for requires that I have windows 7 and my old one will not upgrade...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
Went back and re-read alot of my old journals, realized that part of my success was that I recorded every ingredient and the process of how they were fixed...will have to go back to that. Will also remake alot of the old recipes that I had forgotten about.
It will take me awhile to catch up on all the journals, so many changes have happened since I was here last.
Penny (the puppy) - now walks and kind-of runs on her own...her right eye did not recover so she has a loss of vision that makes her walk in a circle pattern since she turns her head to the left to make her eye see...
Im still unemployed, have been volunteering about 30 hours a week with a local business man and in exchange he has been introducing me to all the new businesses that come to town and keeping me up to date on new jobs...keeping my fingers crossed as to a position that may be coming open in the next 6 weeks or so...that is when I run out of ue...
My weight tells the story of someone who was not accountable and let "issues" dictate what and how I ate...now to put an end to this...so here goes
Yesterday: 2 slices of blueberry bread with butter, 2 cups of hot tea, water, dinner was taco's - organic tositdo shells, ground chicken/turkey, taco seasonings, refried black beans, lf chedder cheese,tomato (out of the garden), lf natural sour cream and more water...
not sure what i will be having tonight as it will be out - have a meeting at 7 at the port authority and should be at church at 7 for a new series starting with the youth...which to do...
thank you everyone for the welcome backs...have a wonderful fs day...
p.s. does anyone know what happened to info???

Well 489 days later and I have gained 17 pounds...alot has gone on and I stopped putting myself first. Hopefully I can stay focused and back on track...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
penny went to therapy yesterday - she did a little over 3 minutes on the treat mill...she is still assisted in the front and back to make her legs move in sinc...next tuesday we are going to take her to see an accupuncture/chiropractor, will determine her next course of therapy...she wants to walk so much...right now she is inching toward the door to go out...however it is pouring down rain...
on the diet front,...doing very well...went to a ladies night out last night in columbus - had 2 glasses of wine (very short pours) and a plate of veggies, 1 choc strawberry...walked about 2 miles...enjoyed a great time with the girls (and away from penny)...
tonight is date night with hubby - will make it a diet friendly night since thats the mood im in...
off to read journals...have a great weekend...
