Well, didnt work out all weekend but started monday off great. Did my P90x, plyometrics, and will be doing arms, back, and ab ripper today. Ab ripper always makes me feel a little weird afterward. I wonder if it is because my abs are just so out of shape. I literally have to wait a little while before I eat anything because it makes me feel a little nausious. Is that normal if you are not used to working out?

I tried to get my wieght and stuff up to date on here, so now it says I am losing 5.4 lbs a week, HA, I wish. I have lost 6 lbs since Jan 1st, lol. It put almost my total pounds lost into one week. lol. If I could lose that much in one week I could reach my goal in no time, lol. I am doing p90x and low calorie, high protien diet. I am hoping to shred the weight, but even I know it takes time. I just want to stay focused and reach my goals so bad. Who knows, at the end of my 90 days, my goals may even be different.
