Today starts my journey on what is going to be a slow process. I medically and physically cannot be very active. I have had many surgeries and a neurospine stimulator implant in my spine to help my nerve function for my right leg. This will not be an easy process for me. I have started before, lost 17.6 pounds then gave up because of the terrible pain i feel after working out. Then put it right back on plus a few extras that were not wanted. Today I walked for 15 minutes on a low impact cross country glider then rode 8 minutes on my bike. Unfortunately that is the only source of exercise that my Dr will permit. My plan is to do these two forms of exercise at least twice a day and each day try to increase the speed. Right now my goal is to get 15 minutes on both twice a day. We will see how this goes. I have alot of support from family and also support from a couple close facebook friends. Im going to give it my all. I have to learn to eventually push past the pain.
