Really frustrated. not following diet so great. Trying to drink water until 5 and most of the time I make it until 4 when I have a dc headache. I am not really working out as hard I usually do as well. It's all in my head ~ guess I need to deal with my emotions a bit and get back on target.

Tried to stay really focused yesterday. Did slip a few times but overall I thought it went well. Although the scale didn't reflect any movement this morning. I joined two groups ~ crunching down and biggest loser spring challenge. I am a huge diet coke-a-holic perhaps joining a water challenge till 5 pm may help. We'll see.

Yesterday I really went overboard and ate (gorged) my hearts content. My emotions and my board-em got the best of me. This morning I decided to measure my food. I did well for breakfast but during lunch I forgot and had the taste of peanut butter. So while I was making a sandwich for my son I had a scoop or four for me! Mindless eating! Caught! Guilty as charged. So I accept the consequences. Do I beat myself up or learn from it... yet again! Love those growth lessons but when will I ever really get them - calories in means calories added...
I am not sure how to measure peanut butter on a knife while standing...

Day 1 ~ Journeying back to weight loss ... I hope. I have been at a sedentary weight for well over 6 months. Each time I get on the scale it seems to either remain the same or go up a few pounds. I would like to get past my platue and move in a better direction of 13 - 15 % of lean body fat mass. Feeling frustrated.
