Went to the gym today and told my friend (basketball) I'll be gone for a while. You see the last few weeks I've been using basketball for cardio and it has worked wonders for me. I can run the court weighting 328 pounds and not pass out. So basketball has help me lose weight and gain endurance but it's time for my new workout plan which starts tomorrow. I give details about it later.

Today was a crazy one but I made it through without any problems. I just stuck to what I do, no stressing about anything. I just put smile on my face and remained calm . You can only control what you do.
Also I went out and got a food scale. It's amazing what companies consider a serving and what serving really is if you weight it yourself. It's a BIG different. Hopefully this helps me with better portion control. I would definitely recommend getting a food scale it might help with serving sizes.

I don't know what got into me today but I played FULL COURT basketball for 3 hours straight. I was feeling good I didn't get winded. I guess doing cardio daily really helps. Well time to get some sleep and do it again tomorrow. Good night everybody
