I am making an awesome beef stew tonight. My hubby was like...what? we are having red meat? Yay!!!!!!!!! LOL We don't eat much beef so he was excited.
Today's food:
6 0z yogurt
grapes and nectarine
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
2 tablespoons hummus
mini rice cakes-BQ flavor
small bowl bean soup
beef stew
grapes
LF oatmeal cookie
Calories: 1118
Exercise: One hour bike - one hour swimming

Went back to boxing today. I love it! It's a great way to get out my frustrations. I used to box alot but had to stop with my illness. Talk about working up a sweat...I looked like I took a leap into the pool when I was done. Now I'm off to the store to replace all the food my gremlins scarfed down last night. lol, I told them I was gonna put a video cam up to see exactly who is munching on my munchies...lol...now that would put an end to the

GRRR...I am so mad right now. I plan out all my meals for the week for hubby and I and shop for those meals on Fridays. I also buy all the other things needed for the week including food for kids. This morning I go downstairs to make breakfast and hubby's lunch and yet
AGAIN
the things I need are gone. The only bread left is the kind we can't have. All the cherries have been scarfed down. Lunchmeat...gone. It is hard to stay on track when you don't have what you need. I tell everyone if they want what we are eating, say so and I will buy extra but they never want it until later. And of course if I go ahead and buy the extra nobody eats it. I have teens and young adults living here so it's not like they are to young to know better. It's like they think the food comes from the food fairy and will by magic just reappear. Some days I really need a vacation! LOL...ok, now that I have had my little rant I'm cool.

Day 2 of cycle 3. I'm not having any problems with sticking to the plan but I'm feeling overly tired again.
Today's food:
mini wheats in ff milk
1 pear
1/2 apple
small salad w/ 1/2 cup kidney beans and 2 egg whites-lf dressing
2 dill pickles
8 slices bread and butter pickles-these are sugar free and very low in calories
breast meat turkey burger stuffed with mushrooms and onions
spinach
teddy grahams
Calories: 1065
exercise: 30 mins step- 30 mins bike

Starting cycle 3 on EFS today. I think I could have done better on cycle 2 but all this drama around here has me on high stress mode. Don't get me wrong...I didn't cheat, I am just under so much stress my body is being somewhat unresponsive. Today I feel good and I am calm. The house is quiet and I was able to exercise for 70 mins. I lost a couple pounds on cycle 2. I'm gonna see what happens this week since the stress factors are away from the house until next week.
Todays food:
yogurt
pear
smoothie
pickle
rice and veggies cooked in beef broth
teddy grahams
Exercise: Bike-70 mins
