Alright! Looking to see some progress 2mara! Joined the church in a 21 day Daniel fast! Been praying and stayin on track. Thank you Lord! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I want to acknowledge that this journey takes determination, and focus and I am proud of my success thus far and I could not do anything without his love, grace and mercy upon me!
On another note, have any of my larger brothers and sisters tried P90X or Shuat T's INSANITY??? Can I get your opinions! Its income tax time and I want to make the investment!

The sodium on my tracker is not correct because I use the items availabe that are closest to what I eat otherwise I would have to list my food by ingredient and that would take forever. I do not use salt at all, I use low sodium items, ms dash or salt free seasonings and I rarely use canned items, it usually frozen or fresh. Green beans may be the most exception then again they are low sodium.
