today was a very early weigh in usually I weigh in between 7-8 but today its 5am due to the fact I am awake (again) and am having a cup of tea
I was awake in the night from about 1.15 to gone three
so much pain from my knee in the night
I did go for a walk yesterday so most likely over did it a bit and the weight is 193.8 it wont let me log it as being a US site it thinks its yesterday - off to see if I can change its clock

well followed 100%
and up again - I am looking forward to seeing if there are any particular patterns with foods I choose to eat and that could notify the fact I need to cut down on them
last night I had vegan fish fingers and some mccain homefries so processed foods possible sodium compromise there
today it is really cold here in my part of the UK - hoping I can get out for a decent walk later today
will go via pets at home and industrial estate and back via the local shop for a nose around and see if they have anything tempting for lunch

well todays weigh in is a more accurate reflection of my last week than the weigh in I got yesterday
I have 'been' and my knee although its hurting is not hurting as much and does look less swollen
I do wonder how much extra it weighs on days its very bad
and also how much weight a constipated bowel can hold
so today I am going to start adding fibre to my diet in the way of flax seeds (ground) and soya bran - although I have quite a bit of fibre anyway due to being vegetarian but perhaps not enough
