Well I didn't get to where I wanted to be by the end of the month, but I am in control at least. I guess 8 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks isn't bad, I'd just hoped for much more. Maybe next month. I did want to get under 190 before my birthday at the end of the month. Maybe the other 3 lbs will dissapear hehehe.

It's going slow, but that's okay it's really a life time change not a diet any more, this is the right way to eat on a daily basis, so as long as it's coming off and I keep the exercises up I'm feeling pretty good with it all.

Doing good still exercising and waiting for the scale to break the 195 spot, usually that's my morning weight, and I just weighed myself and it's 195 at 6pm so that's a good sign .
