Day 2 on my weight loss journey. I haven't had much energy today, I think I did not get enought sleep last night. One more hour left at work (as you see I have too much time at my job)I plan to go home and walk my dog and do an hour excersize workout. Most likely do a little weight training, ride on the bike and some ab work out. There is also housework that needs to be done.

I'm currently looking for a overall life change. Career as well as body change. The company I had been working for went under in Feb 2011 and now I've been working since then for a great company, don't get me wrong.. making a decent salary, yet I am not challenged enough here. I am also not doing what I love and what I went to school for.

Currently food wise I'm doing fine, I just need to make sure I eat before 7 and don't get tempted on the left over birthday cake. I can do this!
