I weighed in after being awake for several hours and eating. So... I am not going to beat myself up too much. I know that I am gaining strength everyday. My overall health health and fitness is so much more important than some numbers on a scale. I hope everyone has a Fantastic Fatsecret Sunday!

I am so excited, I can't even begin to explain the amount of excitement I am feeling.
I have decided to take the step and start the 21 day fix. I am looking for anyone that is ready to take their fitness to the next level and would want to join a fitness group with me. Daily accountability, motivation, and coaching. So we can reach our goals together. I have several friends that have done it and had amazing results. They have been asking me to do it with them for a while. I was always, nah I go to the gym, I walk, I watch what I eat. Well I finally got tired of seeing their awesome results and mine were just eh, ok. So wish me luck and let me know if you would be interested in joining this new journey with me.

I went to the doctor this morning and I lost 7lbs since last month. It is encouraging to see weight loss. I walked almost 5 miles today and I'm exhausted. I am hoping for some decent sleep tonight. I hope everyone has a great weekend with lots of exercise and results.

We went to the state fair on Saturday and I spent yesterday recovering. I wasn't feeling well when we left Saturday morning but, we managed to walk 10 miles in 9 hours. I ate a turkey leg and an Indian taco. Well I shared with my 2 children so I didn't eat that much actually. We rode lots of rides, and did a ton of walking. Yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a Mac truck. But I had studying to do so I took a nap in the middle of the afternoon and then stayed up until after 2am getting notes together for a test today. I am feeling a 1000% better today. I ate cream of potato soup for lunch and we are planning on going to the gym tonight. I have gained a few pounds but with the extra exercise I am going to chalk it up to gaining muscle. I believe I go back to the doctor this week, may be next for my weight check. I know even with gaining some back, I am still losing. If that even makes sense. Well it is time to get back to school work so I can have time for the gym tonight after dinner and yard work. Hope everyone has skinny Monday.

I'm getting stronger each day and seeing results on the scale are encouraging. I'm hoping to lose another 6lbs by my birthday and get back into my favorite jeans for a night out with my love. I'm down 35 pounds so far this year I am confident in hitting the 50lb mark by new years.
