DESPAIR


This is exactly what I have been talking about. Even though we are dieting, we are missing many key nutrients and things like elements, amino acids, minerals, etc. Even when you are not dieting, you are most likely missing key nutrients in your diet.

I went to the Livestrong website and entered my entire intake for the day. Even though I ate healthy items, look at the unbelievable loss of nutrients. So I am actually starving myself in another, UNHEALTHY way.

These are the foods I ate, all very healthy and trying to stay on the food pyramid for fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, etc...

The body must have what it needs to break down foods, use foods and create muscle and energy. No wonder we are a nation of unhealthy individuals! I must research the correct foods in the correct values and amounts in order to understand exactly how I have been destroying myself thinking I was doing myself good. WOW!
