So, basically, I got back on track after Thanksgiving but lately I've been eating like Santa while he delivers presents. The kids at school have been bringing me ALL the treats. All. The. Treats. And I been eating All The Treats. I can't even say why other than they are there and I'm not handling the stress of my cat's kidney failure like I should. I don't know. Have I enjoyed the treats? Sort of. A bite here and there is fine. But when I overindulge, which I have a couple days this week, I feel like poo. Mentally I regret it but it also kills my stomach. I also have not meal prepped this week like I normally do and that has made a huge difference. Meal prep is a buffer usually. Like, eat what you made then you can have a bite of something sweet. This week it's been more like, just sit and eat all the treats. 😕 On another note, I have gotten in more steps than normal this week.
