Still working out and eating well. Not loosing at the pace I wld have hoped to. But not gaining is always a plus. Started feeling a bit down about turning 30. Im not really sure why. I guess not hitting my weight goal has alot to do with it. But hey life goes on, I no I have to keep pushing toward my goals not only in weight but in everyday life and eventually I will get there.

Doing much better, now starting to do some weight training. I feel pretty good, ate a bit bad over the weekend, but didnt seem to knock me off track to bad. I hope not to fall off to bad for my bday, but I do want a BIG piece of cake w/ butter cream frosting and a lot of drinks. Anybody Know of a alcohol beverage I can drink that wont be to many empty calories?

Started detox on monday. I have been doing 1 1/2 to 2 of cardio. Im focused and hoping to at least loose 10pounds by my bday June 17th. I guess maybe loosing 20 pounds by then was a bit unrealistic. Im feeling good working hard, and I no it will pay off.

Well it's been a while since i have logged in. I had gone down to 217 as of April 23, but i went on a cruise for 5 days and decided hey, I have made great progress there is no way i can gain weight in 5 days. WRONG, I came back 8 pounds heavier, which really hurt me bad, I took it really hard. Since I started this journey in Sept, I have continued to loose weight but never gain. Im trying to get back on track now. I turn 30 next month and wanted to be at 200. So I have 20 pounds in 30days and i want to get as close to 200 as i can. I have been back in the gym working out hard and back to my normal eating habits. You see i said normal eating habits. I like to tell everybody that Im not on a diet, I have been at this for 8months. Eating healthy is my normal way of life. This is a life long thing for me. I say all of this to say DON'T give up, you may have a minor set back every now and then, but hey get back on the horse and continue the ride!
