Didn't lose anything this past week, but trying not to be discouraged since I'm still having my cycle...Aunt Flo must go!! My clothes are fitting looser, so that's a nice feeling.
Did have a "moment" yesterday and ate one of the cookies I made for our homeschool co-op, but not going to beat myself up and will get back on track today.
Off to the treadmill I go...

Not weighing in today for my normal Sunday/Wed. weigh in...just started my cycle and I know what that usually means--a few extra lbs., so don't want to discourage myself and will wait until Wed.
Looking foward to having the white turkey chili I have cooking in the crockpot for dinner...yum!

I've been weighing in on Sundays & Wednesdays...so today I'm down a lb. from Sunday. Things have slowed down, but that's OK since it's still going down.
We started on Phase 2 yesterday...a little nervous about adding back the carbs, but will do so gradually.

Had a 3 lb. loss for a total of 10 lbs. so far...yipppeee! I think the exercising is really helping speed things along.
A friend and I have made the commitment to run/walk a 1/2 marathon in May, so I will begin training in about a week. Every extra pound gone will surely help!

Breakfast: 1 egg omelette with canadian bacon & provolone cheese
Lunch: Mixed green salad with turkey, red pepper, black olives, cucumber, boiled egg, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar
Snack: 1 York sugar free peppermint patty
Dinner: Southwest Chicken soup & Mixed Green salad
