FAT AND LAZY....
DID 10 FLIGHT OF STAIRS THIS MORNING THEN WALKED ABOUT A MILE. FAT AND LAZY AGAIN TODAY. WEIGH IN TOMORROW. HATE TO SEE THAT I GAINED WEIGHT. AHHHHHHHHH

I
I have been staying under my RDI but feel I havent lost any this week. I don't weigh in until Wed. I feel fat today. I went for a walk and climbed 4 flights of stairs and on tread mill for 15 minutes. I really want to break that 180 lb mark. 179 1/2 would make me happy Wed.
I just feel fat and lazy today. Thats my story and I am sticking to it. LOL

Thanks for being able too see just how many calories I was eating and having the salad for lunch challange has got my weight moving down. Yehpeeee
