Last night I chewed gum instead of eating and I walked 3 miles with friends. I also did 50 crunches and some weights before crawling into bed. So far this morning I did some weights and 50 crunches. Hoping to do the walk and jog today. Its raining so hopefully that stops before my walk tonight. All in all I am doing well. Its hard though.

Today I am challenging myself to 6 weeks. I want to lose 30lbs in 6 weeks. I also want to go 6 weeks without cake, cookies, candy bars, or ice cream. Just writing that makes me crave it. I dont want to give it up forever although that would be ideal! I just want to give it up for 6 weeks. I want to see if in 6 weeks of not eating it and exercising if I can lose any weight or if maybe I am having a bigger problem.
All the stress is over, I have my son home in my arms. He is doing well. The kids are off school for the summer and they are all getting along great.I have no reason to binge eat and not workout. No one ever said weight loss was easy, well correction a lot of people have and they all got fat! or died from all those insane diets!!
I did this once before not that long ago then I gave into temptation and made excuses. No more!
I may not write every day on here but I will do my best for 6 weeks. I have a lot riding on this. I miss my old body, I can get a half sleeve tattoo if I lose 30lbs and keep it off for 6m. I will have more energy and less pain in my legs and back and people will say, oh wow look at her I cant believe she has 5 kids!!!(That is the nest reason of all, lol)
So here goes. 6 weeks. Starts today ends July 26. Right in time for our annual luau on July 31st. Sz 10's here I come!!!!
