Just an update. I got the flu over New Years -- and since then I've struggled to stay on my Paleo diet, especially in the UK. I also really kicked my work life into high gear over the last few months -- which didn't help. It is just so much easier to order a pizza than do regular grocery shopping + cooking. When I recognized what was happening (I wasn't weighing regularly, which is how I monitor my dietary habits), I started to have groceries delivered once again. That is MUCH better than having to get them myself.
Now I'm about to move to Australia -- and I've already scoped out a grocery that has delivery as well as a new crossfit gym. I'm still doing CrossFit too -- 3x weekly. And when stress is really high I increase my Lexapro to 20mg/d, which helps avoid any compulsive overeating due to anxiety.
I created a plan to get back down to 160-170 lbs too. It'll be gradual, and will take me until June/July, but I'll get there. Will update again soon!

My weight loss has been so amazingly transformational it is hard to describe. I'll have to link to my blog so you can get the full scoop, but seriously, losing 60+ lbs really changes so much about life. Women treat me differently. Coworkers too. Strangers as well. It is hard to describe it all in one post!
Oh, and I'm still plugging along. I look and feel great -- the 170 lbs or so mark is for me, I think. 169 lbs is the clinical definition of no longer overweight -- which is so huge for me. I don't know if I've ever been an adult without being overweight. Absolutely amazing.
