Hi, all! Wanted to update my bio. I'm almost 30 and I'm looking to get into some shape for a couple of reasons; my doctor harassing me about my weight, my parents and family members having nothing else to say other than asking me about my weight and of course, I'm not interested in shopping, so I'd like to keep wearing the same clothes I bought 5-6 years ago. And last but not least, I want to look good in a bathing suit for the summer. :D
I joined Weight Watchers on and off for a few years. I stop when work has become stressful and I feel like I need to shut down. I take pilates courses (16 sessions) at least once a year to get a good back and leg stretches. This time around I'm upping my routine to include rope jumping and finally learn to ride a bike soon!! Wish me luck!
