I am a 22 year old mother of 1 who has gained 43 lbs in the last 5 years, that's not counting the fluctuation in my weight because of failed diets and baby weight. I am only 5 foot tall and I weigh more then most the adult men I know including my husband. I have recently hit rock bottom and I know that I can no longer live this way, it is effecting my relationship with everyone I know, and I don't want my daughter to follow in my steps. I know its a harsh truth that employers judge you based on looks and I will be graduating college in December. I am committed to being a healthier, happier, more attractive 22 year old professional by that time (even if I am not at my final goal yet, I will keep going till I reach my goal). I want to start looking my age.
