(Hey, there. I'm Tímea from Hungary, married with a 3-year-old little girl. The reason I eventually started my dieting with the help of this site is because I've been overweight for almost 15 years now. What's more, I had been diaganosed type 2 diabetes some months before I got pregnant in 2012. As a result, on my doctor's advice, I started taking some diabetic meds apart from doing regular exercise 3-4 times a week. This is how I could lose more than 12 kg during my pregnancy, which was essential even for the baby. Then, after my daughter was born, I continued my studies and gained a lot of weight again till I reached 94 kg, which was pretty much for both my age and my height (I'm 167).
Finally, I got fed up with being obese and with the fact that no clothes had fitted me. One day, I spoke to my daughter's GP, who introduced Forever Living Products to me and ever since, I've become determined to lose weight and regain my 56 kg, no matter what. To achieve this goal,besides the Forever Living Products I take every day, I do high intensity trainings on my spin bike whenever I have time. My greatest enemy is time, because I always have to choose between work, chores, child and exercising. Sadly, only paying attention to what I eat has never been enough for me to lose weight. I know that without doing sports regularly I won't be able to achieve my goal. So keep fingers crossed for me! Thanks.)



Update: I've just started a Hungarian diet called Intenset that includes exercising 5 times a week plus following the Insulin Resistance diet plan. Everything I eat and drink must be logged along with the desired weight I'd like to achieve in a week time. Ever since I started it on Jan 1,2019, it seems to be working as in I've lost 1.9 kg in 4 days. Let's see what happens in those forthcoming 3 months when the Start Programme finishes.
